Merritt Horn is a founding Trustee of Urantia University Institute, has served as a General Counselor of Urantia Book Fellowship, an Associate Trustee of Urantia Foundation, and Co-Chair of the committee tasked with establishing the Standard Reference Text of the Urantia Book, a joint undertaking of the latter two institutions. His previous works include The Call of the Spirit (1984, 2008), and an audiobook recording of the complete text of the Urantia Book (2003). He also prepared the revision of the American Standard Version of the Gospels used in the present work: the Harmonized Standard Version.
