Frequently asked questions
The Urantia Book advances the idea-values that religion is experiential, our relationship with God is personal, evolution is progressive, and revelation is dynamic. Uniting the truth-seeking disciplines of philosophy, religion, and science, The Urantia Book presents an elegant and evolving universe of partnership, in which faith directs mortals to embark on an eternal journey toward perfection attainment and the perfection of God is enriched by the lived experience of ascending beings.
Culminating in the revelation of an expanded life of Jesus, The Urantia Book at first prompts introspection and honest self-reflection, and then inspires the application of hope and love through fellowship and service of others. Progress is the watchword of the universe and the Brotherhood of Man and the Fatherhood of God is our guiding light.
This revelation serves as a bridge to help humankind cross over from an old Earth-focused worldview which keeps people mired in an impoverished understanding of true reality to a boundless cosmos of infinite meanings, values, and divine service which it is their thrilling purpose to discover, realize and actualize.
